Good news :D
Forum's up! The accounts have been synced so you only have to log in on either the forum or the site and you'll be logged in to the other one automatically.
New signups are done through the forum's registration page because it has CAPTCHA support (you know, those images with letters on em, that you have to enter to prove you're not a computer script). Should (hopefully) limit the amount of spammers signing up and posting stupid spam links.
On the TODO list is still:
- Forum: Finish the template so it fits better with the rest of the site
- Forum: The header at the top is fixed html (so doesn't update with the rest of the site). There was no other way, but atm it means it's incorrect. This is easy to fix, but i'll wait till the site is about done... don't want to fix it 5327x :p
- Match Reports: create a script that automatically generates a matchreport based on a CB report
- Match Reports: Fix the plugin that's supposed to display the 5 newest reports on the 'Match Reports' page (only wants to show news items)
- Match Reports: Make it easy to add a (fresh) report (standard layout etc)
- Uploads: I'm thinking of having a page for us members to upload pics etc, so we can host the screenshots etc ourselves instead of having to use crappy hosting websites
- FTP?: See above, maybe just give everyone the same FTP login for say, www.sillyoldbastards.com/download/, this is easier to implement :p The Uploads one fits better with the Match Report generation, so we could do it CB style.
- Template: Further down on the TODO list is fixing either the template or the 'edit page', atm it screws up the layout because the text areas are too wide.
- Last matches?: I could make a page, similar to 'next matches' which is 'last matches', showing the result of the last X clanbase matches. Opinions?
